Winter Hitting Camp

Warm up the bats and get ready for another Loras Baseball Winter Hitting Camp! Our camp is a specialized program that provides you the opportunity to be assisted and evaluated by top coaches. Our goal is to improve your skill level and prepare you for the upcoming season.

Loras Baseball Camps are unique in that my assistants and I demonstrate and teach a variety of skills and fundamentals necessary for participants to progress in America’s sport.

In addition, a number of players from the Loras Baseball team will assist you in understanding key concepts and strategies needed on the diamond.

Duhawk Baseball Camps are designed to give personalized instruction and individual attention to facilitate skill development.

February 8th
Ages: 11-17
Time: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Cost: $65 ($60 + $5 fee) per session

February 15th
Ages: 7-10
Time: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Cost: $65 ($60 + $5 fee) per session

Camp Objectives: There will be two camps, based on the age of the camper held on February 8th (Ages 11-17) and February 15th (Ages 7-10). Both camps are designed to offer player focused, professional instruction in hitting by means of instruction and development drills.

Camp Features:

  1. Players are exposed to college coaches.
  2. Intensive instruction from coaches and players.
  3. Numerous hitting development drills, as players will get over 300 swings.
  4. Two full-length batting cages.
  5. Video analysis.

Location: Graber Sports Center at Loras College, located on Cox Street off of Kirkwood Street.

Equipment: Each camper should bring tennis shoes, bat, and batting gloves.
